Booking a session is simple and convenient. You can schedule your preferred session directly through the "Book Now" page on our website. Fill out the form, choose from various options like private yoga lessons, group classes, or nature-based wellness coaching. Please book your session at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Things to Know Before Your Session

  • Preparation: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. If you’re attending an outdoor session, dress appropriately for the weather and bring any essentials like a yoga mat and water.

  • Health and Safety: Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to your session. Your safety and well-being are my top priority.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
